Appointments
We are appointment-only. Appointments can be booked in person, over the phone or through our website. Expect a confirmation text and email upon booking.
Credit Card Required
All reservations are guaranteed with a credit card and will be charged for no-shows.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise your appointment will be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals but your appointment time may be shortened or declined to maintain the reservations of other guests.
Well-being
Your health and safety and that of our team are foremost in all we do. If you have an underlying health condition or infection (fungus, athlete’s foot) that is discovered during our intake process, we will advise you to seek medical attention prior to services with us.
Pets
For the comfort of all guests, furry friends are not permitted in the service area.
Acrylic/Dip
We are a non-toxic salon and do not perform acrylic/dip services or removal.

Yes. We typically book 4+ weeks out, so we recommend scheduling your services in advance.

As a non-toxic salon, we do not offer dip or acrylic services or removal. As part of our commitment to clean air we don’t use e-files and can’t remove hard gel.

All services are performed back-to-back, not simultaneously.

As a natural nail salon, we do not perform extensions.

We are not able to perform services in an area of active infection. If an infection is discovered during our intake process, we will stop services and recommend that you seek medical attention.
