Springtide is about self-care. The more we care for ourselves, the more centered, aligned and powerfully we can show up in our lives to meet the moment.
I set out to create a service experience that puts our guest’s wellbeing at the center - from reliable hygienics and nurturing services to fun amenities like nail art and a menu of botanical teas. Through years of research, I discovered the detrimental health effects that chemicals from standard nail care products can pose to workers, as well as the widespread presence of unethical labor practices in the industry. This lead to a clean formulation mandate and a team culture of inclusivity, respect and continued education in the workplace.
I hope that our commitment to doing things differently holds space for you to relax, unwind and leave Springtide feeling a little more rested, cared for and fabulous.
Heather Greene has 15 years of experience in marketing for wellness and hospitality brands. She received an MBA from Pepperdine University with honors. Formerly Marketing Director for a prominent Canadian spa group, Heather implemented management systems that helped the collection earn its first Spa Excellence award; the industry’s highest distinction for quality standards. Heather’s passion and professional background in hospitality and the guest experience is foundational to Springtide.
